We stand behind our products. If, for any reason you or the gift recipient is not fully satisfied with your ordered product, please let us know within 30 days of the shipment date.  We will gladly exchange it for you. In addressing some guarantee issues The Gingerbread Keepsake Collection reserves the right to issue gift certificates or refunds rather than exchanges.
 
If we shipped you the wrong product, The Gingerbread Keepsakes will provide you with a pre-paid UPS or USPS return label. Go to the "Returns and Exchanges" page for further details.

 

If the product your ordered was shipped broken, The Gingerbread Keepsakes will provide you with a pre-paid UPS or USPS return label.  We will replace or issue a gift certificate for equal value of your damaged order.  You must contact The Gingerbread Keepsake Collection within 3 days of recieving your product to recieve a replacement or gift certificate for broken products.


Our products are made from a high-fire stoneware and are a lifelong keepsake intended to be treasured for years to come.  As in any ceramic product if or when dropped onto a hard surface the product may/will chip, break or shatter.  These accidents are not covered by The Gingerbread Keepsakes Guarantee.  You can use many adhesives to glue pieces back together if necessary.

(please note that personalized gifts are not eligible for exchange or refunds unless they were damaged during shipping. Additionally, we are unable to refund gift boxes or gift wrapping charges and cannot accept them as a return)
 
The Gingerbread Collection reserves the right to issue a replacement product, refunds or a gift certificate to satisfy any product issues.
