We, The Gingerbread Keepsakes are happy to exchange your product, replace it with another selection of equal value, or issue a gift certificate according to our guarantee policy.

Please follow these simple steps:

1. Obtain a Gift Return Number (GRN) by calling Customer Service 937.707.9528 Mon-Sat:9-7pm Mountain Time Zone
       or by email customerservice@gingerbreadkeepsakes.com

2. Download and Fill-out the "Return and Exchange" form and attach a copy of the packing slip (if possible)

3. Repack the gift in its original packaging (if possible)
       Along with the completed "Return and Exchange" form.

4. Ship to:

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. The Gingerbread Keepsake Collection is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit that you select.
